Where do you ship to?
For now, we ship to the US, Canada, and the UK! We have little experience shipping internationally, but we're currently looking into possibly adding more countries. Unfortunately, we can't send to the EU due to restrictions!
How will I receive my order?
Stickers are sent in a flat, stamped envelope which is shipped for free, or at a smaller cost internationally! If you request tracking, they will be sent in a bubble mailer and you will be emailed the tracking number!
When will my order get shipped?
We try to drop envelopes into our collection box every 1-3 days! If you require tracking, we currently ship out bubble mailers usually on Mondays. We use USPS, and it seems to take up to a week for orders to arrive (or 1-3 weeks internationally). If it's been like a month and you still haven't gotten your stuff, please contact us at [email protected] and we'll sort out a resend or refund!
How do I return an item?
We do not accept returns or exchanges! If there is an issue with the item or an incorrect one was sent, contact us with photos and we'll go from there. We also do not do refunds. All sales are final!
